Cap FPS to 30 for SAMP

Hi, i have graphic card overheating problem when i play SAMP, my fps stays between 50-60. When i play FIFA 14 with 30 fps it doesn't over heat, so how can i cap my fps to 30? I tried vertical sync to adaptive (1/2 refresh rate) but its not working. I even tried nvidia inspector but i don't get frame limiter option.

install msi afterburner you can cap fps to whatever you want

the program can also help with overheating problems by making a good fan profile to keep things cool

install msi afterburner you can cap fps to whatever you want

the program can also help with overheating problems by making a good fan profile to keep things cool

I can't see the option to set fps.

in your task bar, search for riva tuner statistic server, its launched when you launch msi afterburner assuming you've installed it in the same package.

when you launch rivatuner statistics server, add your games executable file to it. then highlight the exe in RTSS by clicking it once, then on the right hand side there should be a fps limiter. set it to 30

How can i save the settings? When i click on some other exe file name and then click again the fps limit gets back to 0

it should save them automatically for that process. Click on the executable in the long list of programs and you'll find it capped to 30.
