Question Motherboard error code ?

Hello all, just assembled my new pc. I'm noticing half the time it boots fine. The other half it just sits there and goes nowhere. When it fails to boot i get an error code 64 on the board. Not working it gets a dash on the screen and just sits there, even when left alone for a good amount of time.


PC Specs
Mobo: ASRock X870E NOVA WIFI AM5
CPU: Ryzen 9800X3D
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo Series 64GB
SSD_01: 2TB NVMe (no issues on old board)
SSD_02: 4TB NVMe (no issues on old board)
AIO: Lian Li Galahad II Lite Liquid Cooler 360m
PSU: Seasonic PRIME PX-1600

That code is for CPU DXE (Driver Execution Environment) initialization, and normally you would try reseating the memory (even trying only one stick) and then the CPU.
