When i start power on computer it ask me to replair computer i can't do something my keyboard I see Caps lock and Scroll lock blinking, when i press anything Scroll Lock is flashing. I need help with that please, thank you.
I can't check computer in desktop cuz it keeping won't let me recovery or anything, It windows 7 and i don't know what it is HP or Dell or something cuz i custom bulit it, I really smart with it but i don't know one problem is CAP lock and Scroll lock blinking.
Has anything been spilled on the keyboard? Have you tried another keyboard? Turn the system off disconnect all usb devices(except mouse and keyboard) and turn it back on, do the lights still blink.

yep i tried all and disconnect all usb, tried other keyboard, i believe it problem inside something computer

Press del to enter setup and correct the date and time, save changes and exit and see if it boots.
tried that, when i do take out AC line then cmos jump to 2-3 pin, 5 sec and back cmos jump to 1-2 pin, AC line on back then power on made my house Power off haha, and fixed back Power on then it still not working oh well, what so i do? :/

Alright, thanks for tell me to trying do something so it not working...
IT not cause of my stuff, I believe it was something accident/missing hardware or software.
