Question Capability of a laptop i wish to buy.

Processor: Inter Core i5-13500H
RAM: 1x16GB DDR4 RAM 3200MHz
SSD: 512GB
GPU: Iris Xe Graphics 80EU
My question is can i run with these specs League of Legends, Minecrat, Roblo, CS:GO 2, GTA 5.
Iam not asking for ultra settings i just want to be able to play no matter the settings but no change in resolution.
And
Last quesiton is can i lower resolution from 2880 X 1620 to 1920 x 1080. Will it look normal? so i can increase the fps.

What specific make and model laptop(s) are you considering?

Look at the hardware and software requirements for the games you wish to play.

Most software comes with some listing of hardware and software requirements in the form of minimal, recommended, and best.

You do not want minimal and you do want as much best as budget permits.

How well any given application, including games, will run requires some testing. The software could run very well with respect to any given host environment. Or it could run but be slow, laggy, etc.. Or effectively just not be useable or playable at all.

Most testing, if there is any, is generally done under ideal conditions which is not the case for real world users.

As for resolution: about the only way to know is to try both and determine if 1920x1080 is accceptable and looks normal to you. Hopefully so.

On the other hand, increasing fps may or may not be all that helpful.

I'm just asking about capability of the processor at set resolution. Since i cannot find anything relevant on the internet that does not contradict with other stuff on the internet.
