Question Capital letters are typed without my pressing of the caps lock button

Hello, quite often for no reason, as I type capital letters are displayed. I thought I pressed the caps lock button by mistake but the light is off.　What could be the reasons？

Check Accessibility -> Keyboard settings. Is anything there enabled that might "intelligently" interfere with typing?

Stuck Shift key?

Try with a different keyboard.
