Capslock and the key above tab (left side of '1') not working

So recently the caps button and the key above the tab button (left side of 1) is not working, i dunno what to do so I came here again. I usually just google things when it's broken but this time none of what ive seen has fixed it. Hope you guys can help me CAPS and the key above tab is literally not working and it's annoying when i'm gaming, i cant put my binds on those button

caps lock and ~ tilde key. Strange the tab key works, would think its almost surrounded.
Is this a laptop or a desktop?

have you tried keyboard on another computer to see if it works elsewhere?

Is it a gaming keyboard or a generic keyboard? What brand is it?
does keyboard use windows drivers or its own?

Im on a laptop, i havent tried a generic keyboard yet, i dont know about the details of keyboard. As you have said it's really strange that tab button works and the 2 does not. I hope you could offer me a legit fix would be a great help.

what make/model laptop? Have you looked to see if you have latest ATK package for it on the driver page for the laptop?
