Question Capture card with multiple inputs?

I need a PCIe capture card that has multiple HDMI inputs. I also want it to be able to record from both inputs at the same time. Whatever is being fed into both inputs can record at the same time to the PC. Is this a thing? And where could I get one. It must record in 1080p60. My searches came up empty. Anyone?
