Capture of DV Files to HD in DV format

This may be an idiotically simple question, but what program can I use to
bring DV files off a DV camera tape into my computer as DV files? I do not
want them converted to avi file format, nor to wmv format. I want them in DV
format so I can work on them directly in QuickTime Pro.
