car mp3 player delete musics automatically in USB Flash Drive

Hello I have a problem with my car mp3 player, I have bought a USB (SanDisk), and i put some musics on it then when I'm listening in car I unplug the mp3 player and then after i plug it in next day or after few hours to listen musics there not PLAY any music, i take the usb and plug it on PC shows something: "The drive in Disk F is not formated, you want to format it now?" and i click Yes and all songs are deleted, I don't have any idea how they keep deleting, anybody know how to fix this. is this a virus, car mp3 player problem or USB problem?
so, I have the USB flash drive put musics on it, plug the usb in car mp3 player and i listen in car, after some hours or next day they are deleted.

Your car will only read a given formating for you usb key. normally it would be FAT32, but it could be something else. See what formating it is : right click the usb stick on your computer and select properties. What is written under file system ?

but I have had a car mp3 player and a usb flash drive and then i put mucis there and they never have been deleted. I had that usb flash drive and car mp3 player for 5 years or more and never has deleted, then someone stole that and i bought this usb and car mp3 player and have happend this, i think is car mp3 player problem, i don't know what to do, i stay everyday adding musics in usb, this is pissing me off. I hope someone have a solution for this. :)
