So I got the Dell Optiplex 790 Dt with 250w power supply.

My specs are -
*8gb ram, 2x4gb 1333mhz
*i5-2400 sandy bridge
*Dell Optiplex 790 Motherboard J3C2F
*230gb 5400rpm seagete hdd
*A standard Dell Optiplex 790 Desktop 250w PSU
*Only a standard mouse and mechanical keyboard connected to pc.

Optical drive is removed.
Price range 150$
Don't forget that it has to be in low profile.

What card would be the best for this system? I don't really want a Gt1030 because its bad and wont really be enough for games im playing, and the power supply is tfx and in my country tfx power supply costs alot. The 750 or 750 ti low profile doesn't exists in my country :( Im not afraid to take risks with this psu cuz in about 6 or 7 months im building a new pc.

You should be OK up to a GTX1050Ti low profile. The Optiplexes have a 95W CPU limit and the DT size has only a few drive bays and expansion slots to power. The 250W PSU is a continuos output rating and not the same as an aftermarket "peak" power rating. Dell PSUs are quality parts.
95W CPU +75W GPU=170W.
