recently i installed the Call Of Duty 4 remastered version, was playing the 6th mission "the hunted", and suddenly the game crashed with a yellow screen. I was getting 75-80FPS constant but suddenly it went down to 8-12 FPS froze and then crashed (PC restarted).
Game setting are not cranked all the way up, its mid to high, resolution is 720p. System didn't seem to over heat coz the fans were not making any noise. Sudden FPS drops (not crash) has happened once or twice before with COD 4 remastered and COD infinite warfare suddenly, only a reboot of the system usually fixed the problem ( just restarting the game didn't work)
So i installed FAR CRY 4 in my PC (to test) and played the game 1 hour 30mins straight, with a nice 70-80FPS, high settings, no issues. No FPS drops, no over heating at all.
can any one please tell me if its the game or my PC is having some kind of problem?
NVDIA GTX 660, core i5 3450 3.5Ghz, 8gigs RAM, 1280X720 resolution, ( Drivers updated & no Back ground process running)
