Question Case around 50 USD

One of my friend wants a new case and he has around 50-60 USD. He wants a case with 1 optical drive slot for a blueray. He wants a case not with a frontal case closed and he is not a fan of seeing the inside of his PC.

I'm having a hard time finding one that has good airflow with 2 frontal fans included.

Can anyone recommend some to me?

What sort of a form factor is your friend looking at? atx/matx/mitx? Here is a shortlist but we could do with a little more info as well, in terms of front panel connectivity.

Thanks for answering Lutfij. He doesn't really have a decent current system. He already has the part for the new build except the case. Here is the specs.

Motherboard: MSI Tomahawk Max
Ram: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200
SSD/HDD: Crucial MX500 1TB
GPU: MSI GTX 1660 Super Gaming X
PSU: Corsair CXM 650
Chassis: ATX Mid Tower ~50 to 60USD
Chassis Fans : I need a suggestion for 2 exhaust fans. No RGB and on the cheap side but still good.

The case need to have a top exhaust since he will buy 2 more fans to put as exhaust (rear, top) if the case come with 2 frontal intake fans.

Should he change his PSU for a 550 Seasonic instead of a 650 bronze? He won't be overclocking.
