Case Big Screw Problem

So I plan to get a new graphics card to replace my old one however there ois big screw on the left side of the case that won't turn no matter what screwdriver I have.

Clcik on the link and then the common basename link and Zoom in and you can see the screw on the left.

Any ideas on what's the problem?

When you say "Won't Turn", do you mean that the screw won't budge, of that the head of it moves but it just does not "unscrew"

From your previous threads on this, this is an HP ENVY 700-030qe

The user manual, page 2, describes that screw.

It is apparently a normal screw. More elbow grease needed.
And preferably with a T15 Torx screwdriver.
