Case Cooling Setup

I would like to know what would be the best case cooling setup. This is my part list. I would like to know where I should place these fans, any incompatibilities, whether each fan should pull or push the air, and if I should replace any fans.Please note that loudness is not an issue but if you think my build would be too loud then please tell me.

Please don't create troll threads. Everyone here is capable of going to pcpartpicker and picking the most expensive parts. In December 2014 you listed this as your computer.

OS:Windows 7
-Processor: Amd Athlon X2 320 3.2 GHz dual core
-GPU: MSI AMD Radeon 270 with 2 GB of DDR3
-RAM: 4GB

I really doubt you have a $12,000 budget to replace that.

This will be your only warning before a ban.
