Hello, I just got these new led case fans. While 2 is them are working fine, the third one wouldn’t. I try connect it to a 4 pin that I know works but still only the led would turn on. I even try connecting it via molex, but same thing happen. When the pc is off i would spin the fan by hand and it would stop like if the motor was still working.

Also I can return it because it was purchased on amazon. The thing is the fans I bought was a 3 pack case fan. All of them came in a single box that fitted all 3 fans. If I were to return it for another one would I have to ship all 3 back or just the one that is broken?

Then, bad fan as you said. Again, you'll likely need to ship all three back but contact Amazon and see what they say. You can even refer them to this thread as evidence of your diagnostic routine having been performed.

If that fan is sold BY Amazon, individually, they may be able to just ship you a single unit but I'd expect it to be a return process. You won't know unless you contact them or the seller if it was a non-Amazon item.
If you return it to Amazon, you will need to return all three. If you contact the fan manufacturer, they may be able to warrant only a single fan but likely if it has been within 30 days they will tell you to contact Amazon.

What is the brand and model number of the fans in question?

Are you sure that the header you are connecting that fan to is enabled in the bios? Some fan headers are disabled by default and need to be enabled in order for them to work. What is the motherboard model number and WHICH fan header is it that you are having issues with?

Have you tried one of the other two fans that do work, on that fan header?

The fans are uphere 3 pack long life computer case fan 120mm cooling case fan for computer cases cooling 15LED White.
Yeah the header is enable. I tried a different fan on the same header and it works. My motherboard is a asrock z87 pro4 and i am having problems with the CHA_FAN1 4 pin.
