case fan not spinning.

i have the thermaltake h22 case, and a gigabyte 78lmt-usb3 motherboard. for some reason the case fan wont spin. if anyone could help, it'd be greatly appreciated.

What connector does it use? Have you made sure the pins line up? It's easy to be one too far over when plugging it in.
