Case fan not spinnning

Recently built a new pc and the rear case fan will not spin. it will twitch a little sometimes but nothing more. its connected to a 3 pin header on the moherboard.

Sounds like a faulty fan to me I would unplug the fan and try plug it in to another header on your mother board see if it starts to spin.

Have you tested it on different header?
