Case fan positioning

http://oi68.tinypic.com/30ttjko.jpg This is my setup but without the top right intake fan. I know heat rises and i don't have fan holes on the top. Would putting an intake fan at the top right be benefitial as i think it would blow cool air into the CPU and make mainly the CPU slightly cooler?

These fans are 120mm. I also have a side panel with holes in for fans. CiT Neptune Midi Tower Gaming case is the one i have. I'm thinking of pulling out the CD drive and putting a fan there instead

Installing another intake fan at that top right portion in your illustration would be very benefitial in cooling your CPU.
