case fan question

Hey guys,

just built my new rig. The two fans in my case aren't moving. Idk if it's programmed that way because maybe it turns on only when the system gets hot?

The case I have is the Corsair Obsidian 750D

The two fans in my case aren't moving.

Corsairs webpage for your case states that there are three included fans. What happened to the third? Did you remove it, or did you buy the case used with one fan missing?
Corsairs Install guide for the case (download at the link above) instructs you how to attach the fan cables, and to read the motherboard manual to locate the fan headers. Did you connect the fan cables?
