case fan turns on, then literally nothing else happens. please help

i tried multiple things to get my computer to start up. i unplugged most things, except the cpu, ram, psu. nothing. please help.

You could also attempt to drain any excess power from the motherboard that may be keeping it from posting. Unplug the power cable from the wall and hold the power button down for a few seconds or spam it for a while then plug it back in and try to boot.
