Case fan wiring

I don't know where to plug the fan controller at. The cord looks like this:

So... When I see plugged in the fan control to the power supply, the fan wires started burning through the the insulation

What now? Are you serious? I have no idea why that happened did you plug the modular cables into the right spot on the psu? Some should be marked for pci, sata, molex, etc.

If thats what you did and it still burned through a wire I haven't the slightest idea why.

http://imgur.com/vm8WFSr I plugged it into the molex. Fans started working so did the control, then the wire started to smoke badly and I unplugged the pc. Fans haven't worked ever since
