Case Fan won't spin

if i start my pc up my case fan will not spin it will give red LED,
when i turn my pc off and spin it with my hand a few times (which doesnt go easy)
and turn my pc on it works,
any solution?

This sounds like the fan is old and its bearings have worn out. The best solution is to replace that fan.

How old is this PC? Your symptoms sound like bad bearings in the fan. A new fan costs less than $20 and a couple of minutes to install.
