Case fans aren't spinning when I first boot up a freshly built PC

I recently built my PC for the first time ever, and I came across with what I believe might be some problems. As I started up my PC, everything was fine and I was able to get into my UEFI BIOS (on ASUS). But, I noticed that, on the bottom left of the menu in the FAN Profile, only the CPU FAN shows that it's functioning while the others would show as N/A.

Another thing I noticed, was that my back fan and as well as my 3 front fans weren't spinning. Only the RGB LED would function (I got one HD140 ((back)) and three HD120 ((front)) Corsair fans.)

I'm using the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv case, and I plugged those Corsair fans into the case's hub. I strongly believed that that's where i'm supposed to put plug them into.

My best guess for why my fans weren't spinning was that i'm supposed to download Corsair Link to actually be able to set the fans' speed, LED, etc.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

That case comes with the Phanteks PWM Hub. It is unique among fan Hubs because it "converts" one mobo header using PWM Mode into six 3-pin ports that use Voltage Control Mode. Thus this Hub can control both 3-pin and 4-pin fans in any mixture.

BUT for the Hub to do its job, it needs three things.
1. The Hub has one cable ending in a 4-pin female fan connector that ,must be plugged into a mobo CHA_FAN header. Moreover, that header MUST be configured in BIOS Setup to use PWM Mode, not DC Mode. OP, if you need help getting that done, post back here the maker and exact model number of your mobo so we can advise.
2. The Hub also has one cable ending in a wide connector that MUST plug into a SATA power output connector from the PSU. This is...
because the fans are plugged into the cases' fan hub, even after you get them spinning, they won't show up in the bios. Only fans that connect to the motherbd will show up in the bios.

I'm not familiar with that case; Did you connect power to the hub? Does the hub have a connection that goes down to the motherbd ?

3. On the Hub, Port #1 is white. It is the ONLY one that will send back to the mobo header the speed of its fan. So, if you want ANY case fan;s speed reported, plug it into that Port #1.

You do NOT need the Corsair Link software for the Hub to work. That software is needed for Corsair liquid cooling units for CPU cooling, but it is NOT involved in control of the Phanteks PWM Hub.
