So my computer used to run perfectly well until recently. I had to send in my mobo to MSI due to not wanting to turn on. They sent me a new b450 tomohawk max II.
Now, when I reconnected everything, I had to leave my front, and side case fans off or the computer will not start. With summer being here, it is getting quite hot in the room.
Now I am running a Corsair RM 650X psu, 750ti, Ryzen 5 3600x, and 24gb RAM, plus a rear and 2 top fans.
I shouldn't even be close to maxing out my power draw. Why am I unable to connect these remaining fans to my mobo?

How are you on 24GB's of ram on a motherboard with 4 slots?

Also, you're advised to list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

If you're able to get into BIOS, can you check and see what your current BIOS version is on the motherboard? As this thread pertains to your case fans being the prime issue, supposedly, what are the makes and models of the fans in your build?

I have no clue what fan these are without taking everything apart to access the fans. They're a hodgepodge of random old fans... I have the most current BIOS

Alright, looks like my Case is a Cooler Master RC-690-KKN1
BIOS ver. E7C02AMS.H50 5/13/21
Fans: 2 Cooler Master A12025-12CB-3BM-F1 and 1 Cooler Master A12025-20RB-3BN-F1

I have the 3 3-pin fans daisy chained like so. I obviously plug the 6-pin i to my psu and the 4-pin into my mobo. But it shuts my computer down every time. https://ibb.co/Jn4cLyP
