Case fans, Cpu fans not spinning, monitor no signal detected

First wish everybody a happy new year )

This is my first computer build and like the topic. My case fans, cpu fans are not spinning while my computer screen shows no signal when the cable is connected. My gpu is not spinning but there is a while light.

I connected my power supply to the motherboard(MB) and the cpu(CPU). SATA 1 for SSD SATA 2 for HDD and SATA 3 for my cpu fan which is cosair 110i GTX. I also connect the graphic card(VGA). I connected the cpu cooler cable (the one on the pump) to the motherboard which say cpu_fan
The case fan to cha fan1&2. My motherboard has 4 pin and my fans only has 3 pins.

My motherboard has red lights which I know that it means it is on. I also make sure that my ram is on the correct slots ( 1 slot away from the cpu)

There are no any beep sounds.

Cosair 110i GTX Cpu cooler
G. Skill 2x8GB DDR4
ASUS GTX 970 Strix
WD blue 1TB
Crucial MX200 250GB
EVGA SUPERNOVA 550w g2

it is my first build I don't know is it just that I am not pressing hard enough on the cables... or...

Please help me out

Do you mean PWR_SW PWR_LED RESET and HDD_LED?
if yes, i did try to plug it in again but it doesn't work

make sure that your plugging inall the wires the right way like positive should be on the left.

and try a soft boot first by pluggin in your monitor in your mb , dont put the GPU yet till you get to bios
