Hi,

I have purchased the Corsair 270R and it comes with 2 fans (1 exhaust + 1 front). I am planning to purchase extra fans for front intake and top exhaust and have the following choice, please help choose one.
1. Cooler Master 120MM SickleFlow (2000rpm, 69.7 CFM, 19 dba)
2. Corsair Air Series 120mm (1500 rpm, 52.19 CFM, 25.2 dba)
3. Arctic F12 PWM Rev. 2 (600-1350 rpm, 74 CFM, 22.4 dba)

Technically, Arctic F12 are the best but taking build quality and real life performance into account which among the three is the best?

Your case supports two front 140mm intakes.
I would go that way. 140mm fans move more air at lower noise levels.
Or, just add a second front 120mm intake.

Noise comes from fans running at high rpm.
Under 1000 will be very quiet. Over 1500 rpm will be noisy.
Other factors are secondary.
Leave the 120mm as exhaust in the rear.
If all of your intake air comes from one source and is filtered, your case will stay cleaner.

Remember, all air that comes in will exit somewhere, taking heated air from your parts with it.

If you use too much exhaust capability, it will draw in unfiltered air from adjacent openings.

thanks for the advice, so considering the above three brands 140mm fans which one will you suggest?
