Okay. I have been building a PC and it´s my first time. I all started very well but then I got to the Chassis fans. I have a "ASUS Prime B350-K" motherboard the chassis I have is a "Fractal design meshify c" which has two stock fans. I have bought two extra fans "Noctua NF-F12 PWN" so a total of 4 Fans. I have now found out that my motherboard only have 1 chassis fan connector and don´t know what to do? I would like to install all the fans. People say this is good: http://silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=526&area=en does it make any problem that my stock fans are 3 pinned and my Noctua´s are 4 pinned?

Solution
Yes it does make problem - this hub cannot control speed of 3-pin fans. But if it does not bother you that they will run full speed all time (which can be noisy), then you can use it.

Would there be any way those 3 pin connectors can be to 4 pin or get controlled somehow?

Thanks for the help think it´s no problem that they will run full speed for now. my first time building so didn´t know I had to look how many cha_fan there was on the MoBo. got pretty pissed but now I have learned that :)
