I've built this PC 6 months ago and my case's fans RGB worked fine for like 3 months after I built it, then one day I saw this app called "SignalRGB" that lets you control your RGB the way you like so I immediately installed it and tweaked my RGB fans to match my RAM sticks leds, anyways after a couple of days of using it I decided to uninstall it because it eats a lot of resources which caused some stuttering in games, I deleted it and the fans RGB suddenly decided to stop working.
I tried to manually turn them on/off by clicking on a button on top of my case (near the power button and USB ports) no luck. So I kept playing like that for 2 weeks, no RGB. after that I decided to try again by clicking on the button again (the one on top of the case) which lets you switch the colors of the RGB but somehow with a single click on the button my RGB lights are back on. They worked just fine all day until I shut down my PC and went to sleep.
Next day I turned my PC on and suddenly they dont work. Next day they'd work but sometimes turn off while I'm using my computer. and that was my situation for an entire week until they stopped working entirely. Even when I click on the button they didn't work. So I thought there was a loose cable. I made sure that all the little front panel cables (POWER LED+, POWER LED- POWER SW, HDD LED and RESET SW) are properly plugged in but still my fans RGB dont work. All of my fans spin so I dont think the fans are broken... I don't know what to do to fix them, any solutions please?
(I'd like to point out that my RAM LEDS still work and light up. Because somebody told me its a faulty motherboard or the issue has smth to do with the mobo)
Specs:
B450M pro4 R2.0 (Bios version is P10.31, 22/8/2024, they've recently released a new version which is newer than my current one but its a BETA so I avoided it, I was told that the bios not being up to date could be the problem too)
8x2 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
