It's hard to pick. The Asus has better reviews and has a C type USB 3.1 connector. But the Gigabyte has better audio, full audio jacks instead of the weird 3 jack system that Asus uses and while it doesn't have the USB 3.1 connector, it does have 4 USB 3.0 connectors.

Well I actually prefer the second one because of the audio, the normal jack system and the usb connectors. Now I need the psu :\

For the PSU, if we're going with your card being able to handle it with a 650w (which it should do I think)
Evga G2 650w. It'll fit and its a good quality PSU. Tier one for most charts. runs €110,50

ok so let's say I choose the antec and the gigabyte motherboard..everything is fine now, right? sapphire size is 308 X 127 X 42.3 mm and the max. aerocool space for vga is 350 mm (min is 320)..noctua fan is ok, ram, motherboard and psu too..ready to order!

yeah we have higher prices than you because of taxes I guess (22%)...Sucks...

It's all gonna be a bit tight, in terms of power and in terms of room for cable management but yeah everythings numbers look to be right.
