hi i want to use Corsair 5000X RGB case which has 2x USB 3.0 ports and 1x 3.1 Type-C Port, however the motherboard i want to use which is the Asus ROG X670E-E has only one USB 3.2 Gen 1 header. Is there a way to be able to use the Corsair 5000X second 3.0 USB port on the motherboard so i have use of both 3.0 USB on the front case panel.

Usually each USB header has pins for two USB ports. And usually a case provides a single plug that attaches to the header and is wired to the ports on the front panel.

Just be very careful inserting the plug into the header. The pins can bend and then break off fairly easily if misaligned.

The two USB 3.0 ports should be tied to a single connector. The header is good for two ports.
thanks for your prompt response however i dont physically have the case and motherboard as yet. But if i am to understand what you are saying is that at the end of the two 3.0 USB connector it is joined as one to plug into the one 19 pin USB 3.2 Gen 1 header?
