The LEDs on my case are not working. There is a button to switch between the case controlling the LEDs, or the motherboard controlling the LEDs. There are two blue LEDs near the the button, and they are both lit up, and pressing the button does not change anything.
Here are all of my specs:
i7-8700K
GTX 1070 Ti * 2
8 GB RAM * 4
Asus Prime Z370 A
Corsair RM1000i
Enermax Saberay RGB case

I also have an Asus LED SLI bridge, that plugs in with a cable. So the LEd cable for the case plugs into the SLI cable which plugs into the motherboard. I took it apart to check the cable connection here and everything was fine.

Any ideas?

I'm having the very same issue with my case. Did you ever resolve this?
No, I'm still having issues. From what I can tell, the problem seems to be on the PCB for the buttons itself. I took it out and tested it outside of the case and the problem still persisted. You have the exact same case yes?

Yeah and I have the exact same issue. I haven't done much looking into it or tried to fix it but I intend on calling Enermaz to see about an RMA myself. It seems like the PCB for the button is busted. The lights are on for both and I can't figure out what caused it.

I was having the same problem with a AMD Ryzen 7 2700X on a Gigabyte motherboard build with an Obsidian case and my solution was to go to a Microcenter service center with my build and talk them into wiring everything up correctly for me for $80.00. I feel bad admitting that I didn't tough it out on this build but all the lights, header light, and everything else is wired up great and working fine. Sometimes you just need a real hardware specialist who knows the intricacies of wiring a case to a motherboard when you can't figure out where all those little plugs from the case go into on the motherboard.

Hi guys,

From beginning I had the problem that the msi mystic lights weren't working with this tower. I didn't care much, because I won't use it. Then I went traveling for 2 months and when I came back I had the same issue as you. Both lumi lights (or whatever they are called) on, cannot switch anything, can't turn on the LEDs. Since this was the only forum with this issue and you didn't have a solution yet, I sent an email to the Enermax support. Within three days I had a new circuit board for the case and instructions how to change it. Changing the board cost me 30 minutes, but I did everything very carefully and accurate, so it may be possible to do it faster. Now everything is working like a charm, even the mystic lights.
Cheers to the support for handling it so fast.

I suggest you to contact Enermax support, explain the problem and send the bill.

Sorry for my English, not a native speaker.
