Question Case modding - remove layer from above psu and hdd

I have taken out 9 of 12 rivets that are holding this layer in. My problem is that the front of my case does not seem to open and the last 3 rivets are behind the front. The front has what looks like a kind of rawl plug but not. It is a plastic thing that after you push it through a hole expands to hold things together. Is there a way to open these without damaging so that the front of my case goes back on after removing rivets?

Most chassis front face are designed to be pulled off and are held on with clips. If you can reach these from the inside you can gently squeeze them together to help.

Looks like a Corsair 3000/4000 clone.

The rivets snapped with a little help anyway case is still good and I now have room for my radiator. All good thanks anyway.
