Yeah, I'm that guy, the on-a-budget-student-guy 🙁

Does anyone know if this link is a good case for 30$?

What's the bare minimum for a decent airflow on a low budget? My idea is get that case, keep the back fan, adding a Thermaltake (120mm, 10$) fan for intake, hoping that dust won't kill my pc, no dust filters in 30$ cases #yolo and mount the PSU with the fan facing the upside, blowing the air through those top air ventilation. It's good-ish/decent/bad/catastrophic setup? Can I set those cheap fans to lower rotations or they'll be even more ineffectively? 😀

Can I make my own fan filters? Anyone tried? 😀

Here prices are pretty bad, the good deals brands are Zalman, Thermaltake and some entry-level CM cases and NZXT.
Cooler Master N200 is 55 $, NZXT 210 is like 45$. Are those deals way better than this Deep Cool 30$ case?
