Case Question: Front Facing Rear Panel?

Is anyone aware of any mATX or ATX cases out that have the motherboards rear panel facing the front?

I am building a PC for audio production, and it would be nice to have the motherboard/cards audio and video plugs facing the same direction as the power button and media drives.

So why not just turn the pc backwars then?

You can get a stand alone power button and then rig it into an empty pci slot cover.

Technically it is for the woman of the house, not me, so I'd like to keep it pretty simply and not require it to be turned around every time she wants to use the media drive.

I am also considering using a media panel to get extra connectivity like ieee1134 and eSATA since it will allow me to look at more motherboards that dont offer them integrated. It would be nice to have all of this on the same side.

If something like this doesnt already exist, does anyone have a good site for custom case building? (I would have to think that someone has made a case like this though, as I've seen a handful of 90degree rotated ones)

what about coming from the top? the Raven and Fortress series of cases from silverstone offer this, and i believe the one case from bitfenix (much lower quality)... would that work?

yeah, those seems to be the best options I have found... Still, ideally I would like something with a front-facing MB :\

look into the Cubitek Magic Cube modular case.might be able to be inverted, just by swapping the exterior panels around.

lots of complaints about it, and sharp edges.

also... maybe look into quieter running test bench setups?
