Case,RAM and PSU questions

I'm building a 500$ PC and I was wondering if the Thermaltake Versa N21 ATX Mid Tower Case could do the job because I'm not willing to spend too much on a case if I don't have to.
I'm trying to save as much as possible without sacrificing much and I was wondering if the RAM speed matters a lot,I was thinking of buying 8GBs of 2133 MHz RAM but if the 1866 or 1600 MHz will do well I'd be glad to save some money because i also need to get a monitor.My final question is will the 500W EVGA 80+ Bronze be good enough for this build:

All the choices are fine , that 2133 ram you chose is very good and the case is fine.​

2X4 ram is a tiny bit quicker , as it runs in DUAL CHANNEL MODE.​

1866 rams will be DDR3. Get the 2133 ram. You can save some money getting single 8gb ram instead of 2x4gb.
