case selection for first build

I want to make sure there is enough clearance for the cooler master 212 evo and the other parts.
I have a few picked out. My budget is $70. Any suggestions?

Check out the Zalman Z11 Plus. its a pretty neat looking mid tower and will support the 212 evo. other than that i would go for the thermaltake you have on your list, its a sleek looking case, im not sure how good it will be for noise reduction though.
