Case side fan whining

My case fan on the side panel makes a whining noise unless I put my hand or something over it somewhat. I don't know what the issue is with it, its very annoying though.

Try tightening or loosening the fan mounting screws since it seems that what you hear is fan vibrating noise. Also, clean your fan (and PC insides) of any dust as well.
