Question Computer wont boot, Bad system config info

My computer was working normally until I turned it on from sleep and it blue screened. It's now in a constant cycle of automatic repair and it doesn't actually let it repair anything. It keeps blue-screening with the message bad system config info. I don't know what the problem is and I checked my hardware and it seems fine.

It won't let me reset my pc because it just says there was an error and I don't have another computer either. System restore doesn't work, the only thing I can access is command prompt and I tried chkdsk and nothing is working

The last time you noticed, how much free disk space was available on the Drive C ?
Do you have a Windows installation disc/usb handy?

I had plenty of space still available 100+ gbs, and no unfortunately I don't have a disc or another version of windows.

Unplug from wall hold down the power switch for 20 seconds. Leave off the wall for an hour to clear the memory sticks. Now try to boot, it may chug starting but hopefully it will cough through.

RAM doesn't take an hour the get cleared. As soon as you turn off the power it gets reset (you can't store data in RAM, it's volatile memory so as soon as there's no longer current applied to it the data is gone).

If you can reach the BIOS, reload the default settings and try to boot again. If that doesn't work, you could try to uninstall the last Windows update (you can do it with the command prompt https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020477680-Uninstall-Windows-10-updates)

Yeah it didn't work and I tried that already with the windows update and no change
