Here is a processor that supports PCI-E 3.0 (Expensive, to me)

Or should I just use this?

Then I will get a Pentium, and get an i3 later

Now to memory,

This one (8gb):

Or This one (4gb):

I want the Kingston, because it is 1866MHz, while the other one is 1333MHz, but the Samsung is cheaper by about $10.00, so I will get the Samsung, then the Kingston later on.

To help you make decisions about what components to buy I suggest doing a search with google on each component and reading the pros and cons. This way you will begin the process of understanding what meets your needs for a given budget. That is how pretty much all of us learned these things, lots of reading.

I actually have an intel cpu fan, but is for Socket 478, but can I do anything to make it work in that motherboard? Or will that cost money?

And can my Thermaltake fan work? Here, I will send you a link to it:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=633552

That looks like my thermaltake fan 100%

OR... I could use my dad's OEM cpu fan (LGA775), he uses an LED (I think) ZALMAN one now.

LGA 1150 fans are the same as LGA 1155 fans. All the 115x fans are compatible with each other (they fit in the same way).

My bad then, I misunderstood.

A LOT of people have bought the Pentium G3258 which comes with a premium stock cooler, and then have added an aftermarket cooler to it. You should be able to find a spare cheap on e-bay or somewhere. No, the LGA 775 is a bit different IIRC.

You should be able to find a cheap spare HSF on eBay. The one which comes with the G3258, like DonkeyOatie said, is quite good. I have a G3258 in my HTPC and I've OC'ed it to 4.2GHz on the stock cooler with fairly low temperatures, which is quite impressive. They're only like $5 or less, so it should be perfect.
