Thanks for your response.
The GPU and PSU are personal choices so i guess the model does not change more.
About the cooler, is it neccesary to go even higher than 280, because with the case i have chosen i can even go 420 and its cheaper than 360 where i'm gonna get the parts.(not online shopping)
The case you suggest is very good, i also considered the lancool III but for some reason not available where im gonna get the parts. i'm only limited to this particular place at the moment. I was considering more the corsair 4000d airflow or 5000d airflow.
