Case with a bulge on where the standoff should be?

Will the motherboard get damage if i install it in a case with a bulge where the standoff should be? Its a bulge that is a part of the case that cant be removed and it has a hole on it.

That raised bump is used INSTEAD of a standoff. There will be either a standoff OR a raised bump at every motherboard mounting hole.

Will the motherboard get damage if you put it on the raise bump without any mounting hole above it?

I would be surprised if a case has premolded raised bumps where a motherboard doesn't have a mounting hole. What brand and model of case do you have?

I think its just a case that is being sold at my country. Its not very popular so I dont expect that someone would be talking about it here on the internet, anyways thanks for your answer, you've done what you could to help. Thank you again.

You're welcome. If by chance you do get a case that has a raised bump where there is no motherboard mounting hole, if the motherboard size/type IS supposed to be compatible with that case, you could put a square of electrical tape over the bump so nothing on the motherboard shorts to it.
