Question Cases with front panel USB 3.2x2 or Thunderbolt

I am planning a new build and would love to have a front panel type C that can handle transferring data at the highest speed possible. I have seen mobo's with thunderbolt headers and would love to connect that to the front panel of the case. I know that many mobo's now come with thunderbolt ports on the back of the case but sometimes that is an inconvenience to access it. Any ideas?
