If I've bought a CAT 7 wire for my Router to PC, should I also buy a CAT 7 for the Modem to Router replacing the cable that is currently there?

I have speeds up to 400 Mbps and I want as much speed as possible. I've checked and my Modem supports up to 960Mbps. The router is showing up to 450Mbps with the 2.4ghz wifi connection and 2200Mbps with the 5ghz connection.

You absolutely do not need "Cat7" at any point in this data chain, unless you have 10Gbe devices at all points.

A quality Cat5e cable is gigabit performance, out to 100 meters.
Cat7, being the higher number than 5 or 6, automatically is seen as 'better'.
It is not.
