CBN modem rebooting constantly

I made another thread about this problem before but I'm gonna provide more info this time.
Its a CBN modem that basically looks like this

It'll only work if I turn it off for a long time and then turn it on, for about 10-15 minutes then it'll continue rebooting and rebooting every 90-120 seconds, but fourtunately I got some logs that might help resolve the problem and my hopes are up this time
