CBS File on Windows Logs

Hello guys I don't know what this file is but i was shocked when my windows notified mo of having low SSD memory. when i looked at it from a 40gb-ish ssd to 1.7gb. so i was like WTH happened and downloaded some files to look at where are these files are located. so here's a screenshot of the folder location and the 43GB file name CBS

I can't seem to delete it, it says theres a running process
