CD / DVD drive is missing

Hello, I have problem. My CD/DVD driver is missing. I tried every option on Google to fix it but its not showing up. He is working when I press the button, but when I insert the CD or DVD its spinning inside but wont show up ! Can anyone help me please ???
I am using this PC for bussines so I need the CD/DVD drive !

It may have died if it's old.
They're not expensive to replace.
Though it depends if it's a slim drive (like laptops and slim desktops have) or a regular 5.25 inch drive.

Till today he was working, I think that cable is not working......
