CD-RW multisession

I have recorded data on my CD-RW from XP explorer a few times, but now, only last session is readable. everything looks OK(folders, file properties ...) but I can not open any file correctly. I have done recording like this before, but do not remember this problem.
so, if there is any software or any way to recover my data?
