I recently Installed a New DVD player into my Dell. The previous setup was a regular CD player on top and the Stock Dell CD-RW on bottom. The New DVD installed perfectly, but in the process, the CD-RW now doesnt work. Windows acknowledges i have the drive installed, but everytime i put a CD into the CD-RW drive, it doesnt read the disk (regardless the CD type. What could be wrong??

Did you check the Master/Slave dip switches on the back of the drive before
installing it?
You need to make sure the new DVD drive is set up the same (master or slave)
as the one you took out.
