Question Ceiling Fan - - - how to connect the Speed Regulator ?

Hello, I need help with the electrical connections to finish the installation of a ceiling fan.

I attach photos and the installation manual that I read, but I don't want to risk it without asking first.

I need to connect the Fan with the white box (Speed Regulator) and end up in a socket.

I am going to explain how they left it installed for me currently: The fan has a 2-wire outlet (Red and Black) I attach photos.

I did the test and connected a plug to the outlet and the fan works but at maximum speed.

I need to know how to connect the speed regulator box. Photos attached. Thank you

I am from Latin America, I understand that in other countries the connections may be different, but with 2 cables it should work since the product did not bring me anything else
