Is the Celeron 366 locked in any way? I was trying to overclock it on an Amptron board, but the settings I make don't change what the BIOS says the CPU is, nor what SetiSpy says it is.

Yes,it's multiplier locked but did you know a large percent of Celeron 366s reach 550 MHz (5.5*100) very easily and with no problem?The performance difference would be like a CPU upgrade!You may up the voltage a little though.Use a solid heatsink/fan.Your RAM should also be capable of 100 MHz operation(PC100 or higher).
 
Don't forget to keep an eye on the temperature.
